The dining area within the kitchen lends itself to great meal times with an old church pew seating arrangement around an oak table. Enjoy breakfast with the French Doors opening out onto a patio and the rear garden.

The bright attractive kitchen is brand new and is equipped to the highest of standards with oak units, slate worktops, a 5 burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, slate floors, under floor heating and windows looking out to the rear garden.

3 bedrooms on the first floor. The 2 front bedrooms (one a single and one a double) are both bright with incredible views to the harbour and mountains beyond. The third bedroom is a large double room with a double wooden bed and an outlook to the pretty private enclosed rear garden.

There is also a large separate utility room with washing machine. There is ample storage throughout the house with double wardrobes, antique drawers and a very useful coats, wellies and picnic storage area in the utility room.
